Nine years as a trial attorney, prosecuting crimes ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious crimes, including five years focusing on protecting victims of sexual assault and crimes against children.
Lead prosecutor for the City of Longview and a founding force behind the Cowlitz Municipal Therapeutic Court, helping address cycles of addiction and re-offense to make the community safer.
Her entire legal career has been spent serving Cowlitz County. She knows our community, our families, and what's at stake.

Nicole has spent every year of her legal career representing the people of Cowlitz County — prosecuting serious offenses, leading her office, and standing up for victims who needed a voice. In March 2024, just months into her role as lead prosecutor for the City of Longview, she helped establish the Cowlitz Municipal Therapeutic Court — a program built on accountability, treatment, and second chances.
